Where there is any error in the name or details of any voter included in the Electoral Rolls published pursuant to Sub-section (2) of Section 3 or Section 13, the concerned voter or any of his or her family members may make an application to the concerned Enrollment Officer for the correction of the same within the time as fixed by the Commission.
